Exercising every day is very important for everyone either its youngster or older people to live a healthy and happy life exercise is must as we know now days level of fitness is very down because of many reasons here are some tips and important facts and benefits of exercising every day
1. What exercise actually is
Before start our fitness journey and exercise we must know what is exercise many of people know very few name of exercise and for them those are the only activities is exercise. Exercise is not about only squatting, bench press or deadlift
There are two things which makes difference physical activity and exercise now any moment we make with our body to do our daily tasks which are very basic is call physical activity walking also
And any physical activity you do beyond your comfort zone call an exercise example we do evening or morning walk how we do it we set a target of time target of a distance we going to cover with time we've set. and also we'll pace up walk according to time and distance target so like this we improve intensity of our walk this is how we differentiate between normal activities and exercise.
2. Benefits of exercising every day
Exercising every day is very important for everyone even for youngsters and older people if we exercise for an hour every day we may have relief from many diseases we going through or going to go through in feature when we exercise good our body produce a hormone call endorphin into blood system which keeps you more energised exercising every day strengthen your muscles and also helps improving your cardiovascular function, digestion system, respiratory system, decrease stress,anxiety,bodyweight,depression and many more the list of benefits is very long .
3. Facts of exercise
Facts of exercise is like many people have a mind sat with few exercise that these are the only exercises is beneficial for every goal which is not true example if you do only squatting or bench press or any other exercises in your mind! can not help you to achieve your goals specially if your goal is fitness the truth is that every exercise has a different benefit different advantages what we need to see is that what is our aim and which exercise suits you better there is no exercise we can say bad for .
4. Myths about exercise
There are many myths about exercise in Indian gym few very common myths I'm going to talk about
1. Music motivation
For many people music can be a source of motivation but not for all it's an a biggest myth that music motivates you wht do I believe that motivation is in your body in your mind I believe that not only music infect no one can motivate you until you don't motivate yourself you dont push yourself into it music in the gym is only for keep that place alive and energetic
2.Only weight training is good
Youngsters are crazy for weight training they've a mindset that other training like cardio, HIIT ,flexibility training is not for them which is also a biggest myth. to buildup a good physique you have to add all these elements in your program it will help you to get great results
3. Crazy for weight
People in the gym are crazy for lifting heavy weights everyone is doing ego lifting everyone wants to be most heavy lifter in the gym which is a stupidity if you have in your mind that you can have a ribbed muscular physique by doing ego lifting you are sadly in a mistake it's your misconception you only going to have injury with this ego lifting choose a challenging weight according to your strength and also you may perform exercises well with the weight you have chosen weights are important but no need to be fool .
4. Too much cardio
Some people likes cardio more then weight so they spend more time on cardio section but few people used to spend one or two hours in the cardio just to loose their weight which is totally wrong.
Cardio isn't bad at all its good and also mandatory for everyone but there is a way of doing cardio cardiovascular exercise helps you to improve your cardiovascular and respiratory health but doing too much can harm your joints also you will loose more water and muscle mass only when you'll be doing it too much you need to no your body's need what your body seeks for tailor your workout plan according to that ot go to a certified fitness professional who can guide you better.
