Fitness is extremely important for everyone
We are very far away from fitness these days because for many reasons it could be a hectic schedule of office laziness or no activity at home bad eating lifestyle no outdoor games these are some Points we are lacking with. How can we get out of this the few points I'm going to share with you today
What is fitness?
First, we should know what fitness is.
Fitness means different for every particular. Some people think more muscular is a fitness some think more running capacity is fitness for some who don't have a paunch that person is fit such a lot of myths among us but actually what is a fitness most of the people have no idea.
So let's know the answer to fitness. Fitness is like skills a person have being more muscular having a big body or having a six-pack can not make you fit these all depend on your genetics the type of body you have but fitness has h 1different definition than all of this. When it's about fitness I would say in a simple language the capability of a body that how great it can work as. Pr a human need at the time or Circumstances. Five components defined our fitness
1. Cardiovascular endurance
It's about how great your heart functions it is the capability of your heart that how long it can work on an Intense activity like aerobic exercise (marathon running)
2. Muscular endurance
It's about the capability of your muscle that how long it can perform a movement example of how many rapes you can do in a set of bicep curls.
3.Flexibility
Flexibility is the thing that is responsible for enhancing the length of movement or range of motion and also helps in joint mobility and body balance.
4. Strength
Strength is more about power or capacity of force load how. Like how great you lift (one rap max )
5.Body composition
Body composition is all about the eternal conditions of your body. Presence of fat percentage, body mass index, basal metabolic rate, lean muscle mass, water level etc.
So as par these components we measure fitness if you go for a track and you are not able to climb that track then how can you consider yourself fit fitness is more about ability of your body's movement and doing any activity .
