The Trainer





 IT'S been more than four years that I'm working in fitness industry what did I've experience in the industry  

for people trainers are not only a trainer they are literally power lifter , bodybuilder, bouncer  they are every thing for people but not a trainer. 

What a person expects from a trainer 

A person enters into a gym and will start looking for a trainer who have a huge ribbed physique and who can lift heavy weights today in Indian gym people are crazy for six pack abs and want to lift heavy weights. 

 that is the reason they always look for the person who have all these things people have a mind set the that only this type of trainer can help us to achieve the same which is totally wrong as per me. 

What actually a person should look for 

Whenever we join a gym we should talk to the trainer regarding our gols our weaknesses instead of looking trainers physique or lifting power we should try to understand their knowledge their skills when we  talk to someone we  get the chance to know the person we interacting with 
If a person can lift heavy or get a ribbed muscular physique that doesn't mean that person also can take us there at the same 
Infect no one can help us to achieve our goals until we have that madness to achieve our goals Frist we should ask ourselves that do I really want to do that if yes then we should go to the trainer and discuss about gols you have to work with a educated certified professional who can help you to achieve your goals safely and actually. 

What is a trainer 

A trainer is a guide a mentor for you a trainer is like your teacher 

Their job is to guide you mentor you teach you how to perform exercises how to manage your nutrition a trainers job is to tailor your workout programs as per your goals and if you have any medical condition so he/she will work on that first 

A trainer will always guide you to stay away from bad habits like drinking alcohol smoking less sleeping eating more junk 

This is how a trainer can help you to achieve your goals not like how muscular or great lifter he/she is so always  keep these points in your mind when join a gym with specific gol

  1. Thank You Sandeep for sharing your perspective. I completely agree with the nuances mentioned by you for selecting the right trainer. We should first understand out Goals and then look for a qualified trainer who can guide us to achieve our Goals and set right expectation. Training is not only about what one does in the Gym but it's a commitment for holistic lifestyle changes.
